A space for honest conversations about careers, work, change, and life in UX.
Careers in UX do not always follow a straight line. Whether you are trying to land your first role, navigating a career change, adapting to AI and a changing job market, stepping into leadership, or simply wondering what comes next, you do not have to figure it out alone.
The UX Career Support Group is a new member benefit where UX professionals at every career stage can connect, ask questions, share experiences, exchange resources, and support one another in a welcoming, no-judgment environment.
How It Works
Monthly virtual meetups
Join informal Zoom conversations about the topics that matter most to the group, from job searching and career transitions to workplace challenges, AI, leadership, confidence, and professional growth.
Ongoing Slack community
Continue the conversation between meetings in a dedicated, moderated UXPA Slack channel. Ask for advice, share resources and opportunities, participate in discussions and polls, celebrate wins, or simply connect with others who understand the UX profession.
Meetings will be scheduled with the goal of accommodating members across different time zones.
Who Is It For?
All UXPA International members are welcome, whether you are:
- Just starting your UX career
- Making a career switch
- Searching for your next opportunity
- Navigating changes in your role or workplace
- Growing into leadership
- Adjusting to AI and changes across the profession
- Looking for connection, perspective, or a place to talk things through
You can come with a question, share what you have learned, or simply listen.
Give Support. Get Support.
You may join because you need advice today and find yourself helping someone else tomorrow. Sharing our experiences is one of the ways we strengthen the UX community and help each other navigate what comes next.
