Transformation by Design

Many of us are familiar with the “big ideas” of design and innovation in organizations: collaboration, co-creation, empathy, iteration. But bringing these ideas into our organizations and infusing them in ways that are sustainable, repeatable and scalable can be a challenge.

In this talk we’ll examine how we can leverage the lenses of organizational design and behavior change to develop strategies that enable meaningful change in our organizations and the growth and adoption of human-centered practices.
