The UXPA awards the “Friend of Usability” recognition to indivuduals who are nominated by UXPA members. These Friend of Usability stories are about someone in a company becoming aware of the value of UX. These stories are not detailed studies of business value, but show some of the human side of UX – the people who make it happen.
