In this role, your primary mission will be to cultivate new business relationships and consultatively sell a new product. You will need to demonstrate practically how our user experience research solution will help monitor and solve complex business issues. The product will provide forward looking analysis of how to elevate the clients’ customer facing user experience. Your years of experience selling highly consultative SaaS type solutions to Fortune 1000 businesses will be invaluable for every single research project we carry out: our research methods include online customer experience tracking studies, one-on-one website usability sessions (interviews), and mobile / tablet testing.
Because you enjoy being a trusted advisor to clients focused on digital, you'll have no problem developing new business from scratch along with an assigned target list of accounts and your own rolodex, and then expanding those relationships to gain a larger share of the customer’s potential. You'll also leverage your analytical mind and your propensity for research-driven decision-making to quickly come up to speed on our service offerings, then spend the majority of your time prospecting new accounts from cold, working within existing accounts, setting meetings, making sales presentations and most importantly closing the sale. During the sales process, you will have the support of subject matter experts to structure the technical details of more complex proposals and the systematized nature of this product.
Perhaps the most critical skill you will bring to the table is a consultative sales approach -- research, preparation, thoughtful & probing questioning, and interpersonal savvy.
