The Sr. UX Analyst is responsible for advocating and upholding an integrated and consistent user experience strategy across the organization. This role will deliver best-in-class user experiences by applying user-centered research, testing and design to solve complex problems and drive innovative solutions at an enterprise level. The Sr. UX Analyst also acts as a mentor, driving UX team members to reimagine how internal and external customers interact with ARAG’s products and services.



  • Experience mentoring and developing others
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user experience research methodologies and technologies
  • Understanding of user-centered design and usability testing practices
  • Experience with UX design tools (i.e. Coggle, Invision, Visio, Adobe Creative Cloud)
  • Knowledge of agile development methodology and project management tools
  • Understanding of internal and external digital asset capabilities and data structures
  • Familiarity digital design principals, performance guidelines, accessibly standards and analytics
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations


  • Ability to deliver a UX vision that encompasses both customer and business needs
  • Ability to hold accountable dynamic team members with varying skill levels without direct management responsibilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly articulate and present complex concepts to varying audiences
