Qualifications: 

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has 5 -7+ years designing desktop, mobile or web applications
  • Is experienced designing complex or transactional interfaces (e.g. Retail, Finance)
  • Understands content strategy concepts (e.g. information architectures, taxonomies, ontologies and facets) and how they impact user experience design
  • Is an analytical thinker who is adept at expressing themselves visually
  • Has the ability to prioritize and transform insights and requirements into simple, intuitive user flows and interfaces
  • Is proficient in one or more digital sketching and prototyping tools (e.g. Axure)
  • Is opinionated yet humble and receptive to what others have to say
  • Is a natural storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Has a Sense of humor

Responsibilities: 

Develop Insights – Inform design thinking by analyzing online and offline customer behavior, audit competitor and comparative offerings, support usability testing
Think & Inspire – Help articulate a vision for meeting business and consumer needs and bring ideas to life using paper, whiteboards and digital tools
Collaborate – Work with Marketing and Merchandising groups in conjunction with your team of Product Managers, UX Designers, Front-End and Back-end Developers to iteratively design solutions to business-critical challenges
Educate – Make the organization and your peers smarter regarding design best practices, methodologies, tools and emerging trends
