As a UX Researcher on this team, you’ll work closely with Information Architects, Developers, Visual Designers, and tech teams to research projects for applications. You’ll utilize your wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods including:
- Think Aloud usability studies
- Heuristic Evaluations
- Contextual Inquiries
- Remote Usability Testing
- Card Sorting
- Persona Development
- A/B Testing
- Un-moderated Feedback
- Other UCD methods
- And more!
You’re skilled in documenting, planning, and analyzing usability data and have strong presentation skills. Plus, you’re able to clearly communicate usability data and recommendations to your team members.
