Remembering Josephine Scott
We have sad news to share with our UXPA family. Josephine “Josie” Scott, long-time UXPA member, died of breast cancer on December 25, 2020. Josie was a frequent attendee and presenter at UXPA conferences, as well as being active with the local UX community around Detroit, Michigan. She retired a few years ago and left a lasting legacy of mentorship and friendship in our community. A bio from a few years ago read: “She specializes in user experience research: facilitating customer “ah-hah!” moments and synthesizing their insight into digital solutions.
