INSPIRE. Blaze a trail through uncharted territory. Synthesize input and show us what’s possible. Create conceptual designs and storyboards that illustrate a vision for the product, and show how a customer will accomplish their goals.

COLLABORATE. Kick-off projects with your cross-functional scrum team; facilitate whiteboarding sessions to tap subject-matter experts and get a diversity of ideas on the table. Collaborate with other members of the UX team, identifying opportunities for alignment and synergy across projects.

DESIGN. Create detailed designs in Sketch using a library of page templates and UI components. Illustrate any required conceptual models, workflow diagrams, or journey maps.

BUILD. Publish interactive prototypes in InVision to collect feedback from stakeholders, or validate with users in usability tests (may be facilitated by a researcher).
