    • 7+ years deep qualitative methods/user experience research expertise-Highly collaborative
    • Exceptional communicator
    • Experience with acquisition, engagement, retention and other elements of the customer lifetime value proposition research (e.g. user onboarding)
    • Cross-cultural and localization research experience
    • Strong business acumen (time in business function is a nice to have)
    • Human computer interaction background and experience is a bonus
    • Quantitative market research skills and experience is also bonus
    • Define, execute, analyze and interpret primary user experience and qualitative research
    • Work hand in hand with product management, business development, and design teams to prioritize research
    • Translate complex features and requirements into effective research
    • Manage primary research programs in your domain end-to-end
    • Immerse yourself in the business and make specific, impactful recommendations
    • Effectively tell the story about your findings across the organization
